Welcome to my little webpage. This webpage is coming out of a calcified 60-year-old brain that used to be a 20-year-old smart girl's brain. The smart girl is still in there but she's been sent to her room and told not to make a spectacle of herself. That happens when you are forced to endure trauma after trauma, health scares, financial woes, heartbreaks, and you never were really mentally set up to survive in a world where people enjoy being mean to each other. I'm not a mean girl. I'm a nice girl.
So, now that I'm completely disabled in the physical realm but my brain is refusing to acknowledge and thus, cooperate with that scenario, here I am - giving the brain an outlet. Okay, Brain, now you have an outlet. Go play in your new playground. Be happy.
I suppose a webpage is meant to follow some sort of organizational pattern. I get that. Just let me figure out some main categories and then we shall see what we shall see...
Hmmm... let's see... I am a writer, artist, human being, Jewish (heh heh, see the webpage title? Get it? A take-off on the "X-files." Very clever for an old bag like me, if I do say so myself. And I do say.), American, woman, socially liberal but politically independent (because I've become extremely cynical about all politics - it's all a bunch of bullshit meant to serve the interests of the few), a truthteller which means I'll probably piss off a lot of people, hate being bored (and that will surely be reflected in these pages), and I care about the human race (also to be reflected herein).
